2.1 Overview: PC+ABS high-strength wear resistant tank chain board automatic conveyor rack, frequency conversion control synchronous transfer stacking platform baseplate, for better cardboard transport.(width can be customized according to customer requirements)

2.2 Main parameters:

• Dimensions:1800mmW*1800mmL*350mm；
• Power rate: mesh belt: 1.5Kw;
• Transmission speed: MAX 30m/min (mesh belt)
• Mesh belt: DUPONT POM is used for modular mesh belt;

2.3 Power: mainly used for conveying corrugated baseplate.

3,Non-powered roller conveyor

3.1 Main Parameter

• Dimensions:3000L*2000mmW*mm H(±50)；
• Roller: diameter of 50mm, wall thickness of 1.5mm, simplified carbon steel, length of 1100mm, surface polished galvanized, the number of about 108;
• Installation: the whole roller adopts the fabrication technology of press-installation. The installation mode is spring press-in.
• Frame: use hot rolled steel plate with full thickness of 2.75mm to cut and fold into "C" channel steel, the rack height is 90mm, the edge width is 30mm, the surface is phosphated and powder coating, the colors are sea ash, sky blue, computer ash, apple green, etc., which can be selected by customers;
• Support: 3mm steel plate molding, surface electrostatic powder coating;
• Bearing: non-standard bearing 6001, precision type;
• Spindle: the shaft is made of carbon steel with galvanized surface and diameter of 12mm;
• Foot cup: M16 high strength bolt, adjustable ±50mm.

3.2 Function: used for storage and transfer of corrugated board.
